Did you have it redone after the servicing and tracking made it worse or before? I only mention it as there is a certain garage around here for some reason cannot get the wheels balanced on a friend's car, every time they do them wrong (other wheels they do fine), it seems to be one of those odd things, hence he gets them done somewhere else.
If it didn't happen before the service and tracking it sounds like something has been done up wrong. Even the discs could be out a little. I'd be tempted to undo and check each wheel and disc to be sure.
