That included a gasket set and bolts, new timing belt, 2 oil changes + filters, antifreeze, new header bottle, various seals (as they could get to them anyway) and £500 labour at a Ford main dealer.
They may be a bit pricey at times but they do a very good job. I just hope that the Q isn’t in any hurry to have another holiday there! I did mine last year and the parts were £20 (head set and set of bolts), Plus antifreeze, oil and filter. Labour wise I spent about 8 hours which included valve lapping and head decoking. A garage should be able to do it in a lot less time as I'm well out of practise.
