I've found exactly the same problem as Tony. I haven't been able to get in since the passwords stopped being posted in QM ages ago. And I've also had no response from the site's request feature: every six months or so I've tried again, and never had a response. When the public content changes so rarely I'm not at all be surprised that the visitor count is low.
I'd appreciate it if you could fix it so that I have access too. I'd also ask if we really do need a password system like that. The old system of just publishing a password in QM seemed to work much better, rather than having individual ones. My £0.02.
