I must admit I don't look at the club website a great deal. With regards to a password for access to QM, Google has a 'programme' called Google Documents. If QM were to be uploaded to this, an email can be sent to all e-copy recipients with a link to QM on google docs. Privacy can be set by (i think) people who click on the link only.
