Today starts the conversion from 1.4cvh to 1.8i Zetec. The engine swap itself looks quite straightforward though if anyone has any info on stuff that could jump up and bite me, please let me know. The other thing that concerns me slightly is the anchors. My brakes are poor at best and with a little more grunt I am concerned that they are going to let me down at a crucial moment. What disks will I be able to fit, Sierra parts have been suggested. Will I need to do anything with the drums on the rear or are they likely to be ok? Thank you in advance for your help/suggestions/advice.
