Derek,
If you are having problems get some Irwin Bolt Grip removers. I
bought some of these recently as I was having the same problem. I thought
they wiould damage the nut/bolt but they don't seem to and the part can
be re-used if you really want to.

Can anyone confirm the correct size spanner for the 2+2 (i.e. ford
fiesta) brake pipe connectors? I thought they were 11mm but maybe
they are old UK size?
Also the correct spanner size for the rear brake cylinder mounting
bolts? I thought they were 10mm but maybe mine have rusted smaller as
they seem loose with a 10 mm spanner! I am having to soak them in
freeing fluid as they have been on of 10 years.
Thanks
Derek
