I did think it was very brave of the seller to put a link at the end of his ebay listing to a thread listing the car's history. Here's the edited highlights of the last post: "...the car was parked up and remained undriven not for 1 yr but 4.5 and when we got the garage door open the windows on the car were open and the garage roof leaked ,by damp she actually meant 3 inches of water in the footwells!" and: "...she offered me the car for £100 so we freed the brakes ,loaded onto the tailer and drove 200 miles home. The car took 4 weeks with a dehumidifier to dry" I'm sure he's done a lot of remedial work since but to go from £100 up to £3100 with that kind of history must be good news for the rest of us.
