Maybe that was before my time? I don’t remember it anyway Mileages are one thing and not to be overlooked but more a testament to donor longevity than Quantum itself and or regular maintenance / replacement. however age will potentially have a effect on everything and all components and on the cars themselves, even cars that are not used daily and subject to that normal mileage related wear and tear, such things as the bodywork spring to mind and generally its the better quality cars such as Quantum’s survive well, When somebody embarks on a kit build they enter into it hands on and expect to either refurb donor components at the point of build or indeed tackle them later as and when they degrade, what a new kit builder of Quantum's will find major piece of mind will be to know that the car itself (essentially the kit) will still be looking fresh and tidy and also not dated (something the 2+2 still does very well) in 10- 20 + years time, this safeguards the kit builders investment and hence would help convince new potential owners that they are a wise choice and should help them make the decision to place an order with Eddie, im my opinion (and its just my opinion) I think it would be beneficial to include a few snaps of "older" Quantum’s into whatever promotional literature that the "new" cars may feature in and state the age of the car to help convince new customers they are buying wisely, QMOPS springs to mind as an obvious choice. Like I say these are just my thoughts rambling lol
