I am just wondering what the implications of the vehicle being incorrectly registered are to a new owner. Would it prove difficult to register as the new owner for instance? Can it make things like getting tax and MOT's difficult or even impossible? I guess one would have to phone the DVLA and hope that they would have some answers!
