Definitely looks like a CVH under the bonnet, so probably a 1600.
I've also carried out a DVLA check, and nothing comes up for it on a Ford
search using B651BBM . I've tried MYCARCHECK and it lists it as a ford based
quantum.
A bit strange. My previous Rickman Ranger had a similar issue as on the log
book it had Make Ford, Model Rickman - When I bought it I took the
'precaution' of phoning DVLA, and after the usual long wait they just said
"that should be alright" and would not commit themselves fully. I did wonder
if it would ever give a problem in future, but it was finally broken and the
parts found their way back into a Ford, so I guess everyone was happy again!
I'd treat it with caution as DVLA (IMHO) are not to be trusted.

I was having a look at this one myself, as my little jeep has failed
it's MOT with terminal tin worm!
It is a bit of a worry regarding the correct registration document
details, should be Quantum saloon with no mention of Ford. I will give
the seller a call tomorrow to see if I can get any more details. It is
in Milton Keynes, so should be no more than 10 miles away from me, so
if it's not going to be dodgy to register as the new owner, I will go
and have a look.
