I#m sure that the theoreticians could shoot me down in flames but I would suggest that a simple comparison might be made by jacking up one front wheel of the cars you wish to compare. Jack up one side to the point where the other front wheel either just leaves the ground or rises to a point where something can be inserted between the wheel and the ground which is of a known thickness Measuring the difference between the two sides will give an indication of the torsional stiffness.
