Every so often, engines are offered on eBay for affordable prices...currently £750. They are said to be Black Top Zetec produced @2002 for use in the 2002-2004 Focus limited edition sport. Apparently complete, capable in standard tune of producing 135 bhp, with "the whole package" aimed at us, the Kit Car owning / buying / building fraternity. My H4 has a very ordinary (ie adequate) 1600cc Zetec which runs very nicely...but at 85bhp is hardly heart threatening in terms of adrenalin input. Would one of these 2 litre motors fit in place of the 1600 without too much messing about ?
