I does look like a very interesting engine, very powerful for the
displacement.

I don't much like the idea of an oil-immersed cam belt though.
I can see a couple of possible failures there - use of wrong oil, or
use of aftermarket timing belt.
Either is easily possible when submitting your car for garage
servicing - you have no control over what parts they fit, and little
chance of proving whether they used the correct grade oil or not
following a failure.

As a matter of principle I'd go for a chain driven engine over
anything using belts any day.  At least you get warning before they
fail.
They're extremely efficient too - you're never moving more than a
couple of links at any one time, so friction is minimal, probably less
than this belt.
