Im feeling rather pleased with myself today since after 2 hard days graft ive finally got both halves of my car back as one, the POR15 has done a great job setting to a rock hard finish, I refitted the steering rack using some special flange headed bolts and nuts to hopefully eliminate the issue I found before with the holes leaking in water, now they are sealed with underseal and a wide head either end so I hope this issue will now be a thing of the past, Onto the car itself, I realised some time ago that the sub frame assembly was sat higher than the body shell
