Hi, I wonder if anyone knows about the CVH 2 litre engine? I am trying to get a replace the Crankshaft sensor and found a dimensional problem.
It is very tight up against a section of the engine casting when withdrawing the sensor. This makes it very difficult to remove and I did not want to force it out as it seems to be working but I was recommended to change it as a precaution as they break down with heat and time. How have you fitted them before? Is it just a case of a bit of force and no clearance? It is still engaged in the hole when fully back against the casting. But someone did get this one in!
