Ken, Given the very limited availability of tanks and starting from scratch, I would suggest you look at using your standard 40 Litre tank and sender and fit external pump(s) and aftermarket swirl pot. If you wanted the 1.4i european fiesta tanks Jim confirms it has a swirl pot inside and you still need the external fuel pump. I am not sure it's much better. The tank fitted to my coupe seems to be a specially made hybrid of the Fiesta tank and the Escort XR3i tank's swirl pot and internal pump.
But have a look: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&_trksid=p4340.l2557&hash=item5adab421a9&item=390216294825&nma=true&pt=UK_CarsParts_Vehicles_CarParts_SM&rt=nc&si=6QzfQXdXMe%252FD47tDK3Q4YlqJcbk%253D&orig_cvip=true&rt=n I have contacted them and they say they have a few left for sale.
