Ok, it's probably just a bit too rich when it initially starts.
As the weather gets colder this problem should decrease.
You just need to experiment with exactly how much throttle you need to stop
it stalling initially.
If it's not too much of a pain then i'd get used to it, adjusting the auto
choke is theoretically possible but it would be very easy to make things
worse rather than better.

Hi, the car was only at 2000RPM for around 2-3 seconds after that it fired
up. Properly! Yes, once it's warmed up it drives fine.
