A valeter at a company I used to work for always used a waffle type
synthetic leather that had bee dipped in soapy water and rung out, this
cleans all the crap off and I think helps to prevent demisting, plus I
totally agree with Ian's comment about never rubbing it to demist it as
this makes a big mess.
