Unless it has Tax and MOT (probably even insurance) it can't be legally
towed with any of it's wheels on the ground i believe.

For a short trip with a driver for the H4 a rigid towbar might be
sufficient.
BTW can anyone point me to any accurate source of legal
information about towing cars rather than trailers.

We are getting a fair few Scottish kit car club members with
Quantums now. We will have 7 who attend the West coast
meetings and at least another 2 on the East coast. i'm sure
there may be a few more scottish owners who we haven't found
yet but it's a growing community.
Any help with the A frame question appreciated.
