Basically, the common contact 30 from the lidmotor switches between +battery 87a and - battery 87, thus reversing the motor. When you pull out the relais from its housing with a small screwdriver, make sure the coil is charged when lights are on, seeing the juk being pulled to the coil, thus moving the contact from one to another. If not try to put your finger on it, pressing the juk to the coil. The contacts may be sticked to eachother. When releasing them, take off the voltage, just in case you slip and make a short!
