When we bought the 2+2 the guy selling said he had snapped the boot release but would get it fixed for when we collected, well it was sort of fixed but a worse bodge than doing nothing I would suggest. So can anyone tell me what the original boot release cable would have been from? Also the two gas rams need replacing as they can't hold the lid up, again are these specific for the car or just some that a previous owner had and fitted. CIA.
