I've had the 'Last Chance Saloon' valued at 4K by AF - they initially said it was because I'd only just bought it and hadn't restored it! Despite all the copy receipts etc, and the fact it was registered and built by me in 2009, they are sticking with that figure. What have other owners found? Martin
