I've just switched about three weeks ago from sierra to aero type. Layout exactly as James described, breather to fuel filler is 10mm. I drilled and tapped to fit a breather just tankside of the aero cap seal as the aero didn't have one.. It works done and no issues with filling. I have though noticed that when I release the aero cap the seal area is wet with fuel, but it doesn't leak out and is a non problem. I think there is a lip where the fuel neck changes diameter that splashed fuel doesn't drain from. Tbh I haven't checked properly yet. Nigel
