Dear All, Anyone got any experience about the problems or benefits of vinyl roof soft top v double duck (man made) canvas? My original hood is coming to the end of it’s life and I want to try and make my own:-) Vinyl is much cheaper and comes in more colours and I fancy something unique - and why not? That is part of why you do these crazy things. But is there any overriding experience that says no, go for this type?
Also about the mouldings that go around the soft top clips to stop you banging you head on them and getting a cut. Are they available still? Is there something better?
