Wanting to get into a bit of Quartz but I'm not sure what hardware I need to buy and could do with some recommendations.
I'm presuming a Macbook Pro is what I want - 4GB ram? I'd like to run as high a resolution as possible - 1280x1024 preferred but a minimum of 1024 x 768. Maybe a 2 or 3 vid clips running at the same time and 3D layers. It would be really useful to hear some thoughts on the spec I should be looking at.
