That's just random....
It was set to observe all octaves. The errors are obviously just the
JavaScript in-ports that were supposed to be connected to the now non-
existent out-ports from the Notes Receiver patch. Very annoying.
I think we can definitely say it's a bug now. I'll do a Bug Report.

I created an earlier composition on my MacBook Pro, then tried to
open it on my MacPro, and the Octaves setting didn't restore
correctly (though not in the same way is it screwed-up on Juan's
MBP). There's definitely a bug there, and one that's not limited
to a single OS version or hardware type.
Dan, could you possibly do me a favour and test this more
complicated composition for me? It should respond to MIDI notes in
the octave starting from C1.
