Unfortunately I don't have a solution for your issue, but some information 
which may help you to understand the problem.

I tried to export your composition to DV and on playback time I get some hops 
of the text. Anyways stepping through the movie frame by frame, there is no hop 
at all, so this lets me think it is a playback issue of QT, but not a rendering 
issue in QC.

If you playback 25 fps on a computer with 60 fps video frame rate you certainly 
have some frames that doesn't have the same playback duration as others. That 
may cause such hops as well (multiplied by our brain which is disturbed by the 
"wrong prediction" it did for the linear movement of the text). When 
QuartComposer renders the composition live, it is linked to the video refresh 
rate of the output device. Thats why the rendering in QC is so stable.
