sorry but, heres another on the laptop ive been struggling with, Happy to say at least with the new kernel I did get networking to come up i have to add pciback.permissive and pciback.hide to xen.cfg for the 2 pci devices on the network card. I also noted i have to remove the attached wireless device i also had to login to the net-vm and restart networking, but it did come up this time.
