How do I build/install for chrome? Right now I am using the method that uses tampermonkey to change all href substrings of 'http' to another protocol of my choosing, and creating an xdg-open association to qvm-open-in-vm. It works, except for leaving behind empty/untitled tabs in the browser. I've coded the replace function to ignore all links to same domain.
