Thanks for the instructions.
At first it would not load as an unpacked extension because manifest.json
and other references to polyfill.js. Your git does not include polyfill.js.
So I got one from
https://raw.githubusercontent.com/GoogleChrome/inert-polyfill/master/inert-polyfill.js
Now, several errors in the extension and the options won't save.
