Also, can anything be done to prevent the original tab from closing when
redirecting to another vm? If the link was set to open in same tab, such
as google search results, and is then redirected to another vm, I don't
want to close that original tab, with all the search results, but rather
have it do nothing.
I can work around this by changing links with *link.setAttribute("target",
"_blank");* so they attempt to open in another tab, and that new tab
disappears when its redirected to another vm.
But it will need some logic because it should only apply to links leaving
parent domain because otherwise it would be whitelisted.
