Not mentioning exporting them. You made me remember that me too once had to send my brain to them by email, to get it fixed because it was corrupted.
It was with Personal Brain that I decided: "No more proprietary applications. If I have a chance I'll go open source even if with less than half the features of the corresponding proprietary application". I no more looked back and am glad of my decision.
