Some EFI BIOSes handle external drives differently in looking for
what to boot... Try this:
1. Copy EFI/qubes/ to EFI/BOOT/
2. Rename EFI/BOOT/xen.efi to EFI/BOOT/BOOTX64.efi
3. Rename EFI/BOOT/xen.cfg to EFI/BOOT/BOOTX64.cfg
