Thank you Unman. Given that I could not download the required packages on the Qubes pc, I downloaded them to an identical pc running Fedora 24. Having compiled the Intel drivers, I now have a 3.3.5.3 version of the e1000e.ko. However, how do I install it into the fedora23 template in Qubes? The /lib/modules/... is readonly and I was unable to mount it as rw to copy the file over. Apologies in advance as this is a newbie question.
