the vm failed to return all money, I'm not sure of the exact message,  happens 
to all of us in Qubes, its not too suspicious.  You can always just wipe the vm 
and make another one if you get worried.   I usually keep qubes manager on top 
at all times so I can see when a yellow triangle appears near a vm.

Also a common one is if the vm failes to start qrexec or something oh god i'm 
terrible with the file names.   This can happen cause race conditions like if 
you start it before another one starts that it needs or loading another vm at 
same time.  nothing to be too alarmed about unless other things are also 
happening on that vm.  like other error messages.
