aye, that certainly rises the bar quite a bit, this is a strong factor if he's having even remote success in setting laptops, up from the 4-6 evenly distributed calculation expectation. Including the factor [email protected] mentioned. So it's probably reasonable to assume that there should at the very least be some 10-15+ people in Munich, given those 2 extra factors up from the even distribution.
