hmm, ok let's say I just use the new fresh 29 template, is there some way that I can know what non-stock software I installed on my Fedora-28 template, as I can't remember all that I may have installed .... So, no advice on upgrading from my 28 template at this time? I find it strange that the template is in the dom0 updates available, but I see no notice in the news section on qubes website nor here ......
