To see an example of this, see the test Manitoba data (warning: this
instance may disappear, eventually). With the search
http://saintest.scaa.sk.ca/manitoba/index.php/;search?query=masson
compare the results in English and French. Descriptions created with source
culture English can only be searched in English; and similarly for French.
These descriptions were imported, with the source culture set on import.
