Trunk in Safari, Chrome and Firefox all show thumbnails alongside search
results.
If digital objects are uploaded as multiple import or as single link, the
thumbnail shows in the search results.
If the digital object is a multi-page pdf the first page of the pdf shows
in the thumbnail.
Please confirm if this is a fix.
