I was not implying that you should delete descriptions or notes. I was
reporting on the behaviour of ICA-AtoM and pointing out that IF you wanted
to delete a User Account that has created notes, the ONLY way currently is
to delete the description or delete the notes.
The first entry for this issue mentions the possibility of making the
User "inactive". I like this approach, because you know that they were once
active, contributed to the data, and are now no-longer active.
