No problems here:

OLD Calders Linux with 2.6.23.12 and ntp ntp-4.2.4p5 was find

Fedora Core 9 running 2.6.27.7-53.fc9.i686 and ntp-4.2.4p5-2.fc9.i386
was fine

about 150 VMware guests running Red Hat ES4U5 with ntp-4.2.4p5 are
also just fine

Also about 30 Solaris 9 boxes with ntp-4.2.4p5 are also working well

in other words no problems here with anything that I'm responsible
for.
