I became a veg about a year ago but went back to meat for a while.
Here's why. I work at the phone company as a repairman so I don't
have a choice where I am at lunchtime or have access to a fridge. I
work anywhere from 12 to 16 hours a day 6 days a week so as you can
imagine I don't have time to make anything fancy.
I need help. As soon as I went back to meat I ballooned up and gained
40 pounds. I went back to veg today. Does anyone know what I can
make for my lunches and snacks that will keep in an ice cooler?
One of the problems I had last time was I wasn't eating right. I was
eating at gas stations. You can imagine how healthy that was.
Oh yeah, one last problem, I don't have an oven.
I know it is a lot but I would appreciate any help I can get.
