Hi Erik,

Try protein bars - there easy to carry, and can act as
an entire meal.  Power bar- Harvest bars are great!
Al fruits and veggies are great to pack to work,  just
wash, cut,  peal and bag em up the night before if
needed.  All nuts are good, an excellent source of
protein, very much needed by vegetarians.  Protein
shakes, meal replacement shakes, are also good to have
just bring a cooler with ice and try to get low sugar
shakes and watch out for those with splenda as one of
the heighest ingredients.
