I've been getting sunchokes at the organic farm in part of the CSA bag.
Does anyone have any recipes for using them. I've been putting them in
salads, sliced and roasting them with olive oil and carrots and
turnips. I'm looking for some other way to use them. If there is a
recipes in the files, I can look it up if I have the name.
