Hi Barbra,
We love the Worthington Luncheon "meats". These vegetarian alternatives come
frozen and are found in most health food stores, but the Health Food Stores in
the Adventist Book Centers, which are worldwide, will have the best selection
of these.

These vegetarian flavors they come in are
Wham - which like Ham
Bolono - like balony
Turkee - which is like turkey
Chicken - which is like chicken
Smoked Beef -
Corn Beef

Here is a link to look at them better.

Judy

Hi Barbara. Welcome to the group. In answer to your problem, one can
purchase soy meat. This is a good substitute, but there is a far better idea.
It is called imagination. Be creative. Try roast vegetables in a wrap, pita
or on bread. ow about sliced raw vegetables and fruit. Use your salad ideas
and modify them for sandwiches. There is so much that you can do, and the
  only ingredient required is imagination!
