Cream Cheese Cupcakes
 
24 ounces cream cheese
1 cup sugar
5 eggs
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
 
Filling;
1 cup sour cream
1/4 cup sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
 
Beat together and pour into 24 paper-lined muffin cups.
Bake at 300 degrees for 40 minutes.
Remove and let stand until a little well forms in the center. Fill the well 
with filling.
Bake an additional 5 minutes.
Remove from oven and cool.
