I recently did commit a few more updates to the localization. Some of which
might make checking your translations necessary:
- quills.core has been added as package-include from quills.app. Otherwise
the locales from quills.core seem to be ignored (See Blog View
Configuration for instance). (r76081)
- Added or changed some messages in quills.{app,core} and Products.Quills,
most notably "Draft workflow states" and "Published workflow states", which
are now now labels. The translation of those will not be picked up by the
list widget's buttons. A bug in the widgets I suppose. I left it that way,
so that it will be clear that there is something broken. Also not picked up
will be translations for the label of the Blog View Configuration Action
(defined by a GS-profile in Products.Quills). I have no clue, why. Ideas?

- Replaced the i18n directory by a locales directory. Now it is consistent
across packages, plus the translations from the i18n were not picked up by
Plone. (r76084)
- Added German translation. (r76085)
- Unfortunately I made a blunder during these commits that broke the unicode
strings, so I had to recommit the translations of quills.{app,core}.
