First off picking stocks ain't beanbag. It takes a little effort. I doubt that you would pick this stock using a QP scan as the stock shows a 0%. This would indicate that neither .83 or 1.02 is used. This is the same result you would get using Yahoo and or many of the other scanning tools on the internet.
You could determine the dividend type and amount using Excel. I doubt if anyone really cares what you or I would think that the database should show.
