Hi Juan, It is good to hear from you.
Unfortunately, there is no (easy) way to add a key signature meta event in QWS at the present. This is primarily because QWS would itself have no use for such an event ... earlier versions of QWS didn't even support time signatures except at the start of a track.
So, this is something I'll add to the suggestions list and we'll see what happens.
