This is just my opinion, but I would rather learn all the button press
sequences I need to than be completely shut out of a touchscreen because
Yamaha just didn't bother updating the voice guide to support that function.
I got a Roland Juno-DS61 a few days ago. It's a lot less expensive and
fancy than some of the keyboards I hear about here, but it still has a
pretty wide range of sounds and expansions available. I haven't started
really deep diving into the menus; I got it less than a week ago and
work is busy, but I know it will work with QWS and I'm certainly excited
to play around with it beyond just exploring the sounds. I also have
Komplete and that whole big setup, but it's sometimes nice to have a
keyboard you can just pull out and compose on. I found I was doing way
too little music production because the process got too complex. When I
knew all my buttons, menus, program numbers and bank numbers by heart, I
got stuff done really quickly. I'm hoping to go back to basics and start
doing that again. Basically, my advice is don't get rid of the things
that "just work".

Thanks. That’s good to know.
Do you use it with QWS at all? If so, how well does that work? If I
get it someday, my primary use for it would be with QWS and Logic Pro.
God bless!
